When DB Bistro first opened up at Marina Bay Sands, I didn’t pay it much heed because I assumed it’s one of the celebrity restaurants with overpriced meats. However Germaine said the food was pretty affordable so we decided to check it out.
The restaurant is a lovely mellow yellow colour that reminds me of Wild Honey. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday night but by the time we got there, it was close to 9.
Steak Frites. the meat was rather dry but perfectly cooked to medium. the insides were pinkish red with a small oozing of blood.
Bryan ordered the Original DB Burger, where the meat patty has foie gras mixed into it. very juicy for a burger patty.
